Default Centric Ceramic Pads??

Anybody try these, and if so what did ya think?? Bought a set for $20 and wanted to give them a try. I've seen mixed reviews on the nets but they were cheap and local.

Here they are on partsgeek:

I like the way the brakes feel with the oe pads that are installed now, but the brake dust is a killer. My wheels are black in three days. If these give me equal brake feel with little noise and less dust, I'll be happy.

Give them a shot. Brakes are important but it's not like you can't change them again later if you don't like the way they feel.

I gave up on aftermarket pad because of noise. Everything I've tried squealed. It takes me about 3 minutes to rinse off my wheels twice a week with a small bucket of water and a sponge. That's better than sounding like an old Dodge Neon when I pull up to a drive up window.
