Changed Fuel Filter, seems to be in Limp mode?

Yea a 2x4 would of helped, I didnt remove the fuel pump fuse before I did it, wheres the fuse box? Its a 2000 Audi A4 Quattro step. Im going to pull the filter down tommarrow and tightened everything. Maybe I blew a fuse?
