New member here and I need help. We've replace the alternator twice. ALternators test OK on test benches but the charge is not going into the battery. Can anyone shed some light on this? Specifically, where does the voltage wire go to? Starter connection or ECU or where? I would like to check the voltage at the other end of the wire.

 

Can anyone tell me where the 12V leaving the alternator terminates. I'm only getting about 10 amps going into the battery. Something is draining the charge from the alternator. I have to do a wire trace to look for chafing or corrosion. Any help on where the charge from the alternator goes would be helpful.
