I assume I will need to extend the wires on this, but will this work? Bosch LSU 4.2. The cheapest 5-wire O2 sensor I see on Rockauto is nearly $200.

Yes it will work, that is just a standard bosch wide band used for most wide band units. They retail for $75. If you need it longer you should try to search for a extension cable since that bosch sensor is usually plugged into another long cable that plugs into the wide band controller.

I use that same bosch sensor for my Innovate LM-1.

 

It's gonna be for my 2001 ECU conversion from the other thread that I had. The stock sensors have longer wires, but the stock sensor (or the compatible one, at least) seems to be the 17090 which is almost double the price. same sensor, different wire length. I'll go for extending the wires (Either with solder and shrink wrap or via an extension cable like you mentioned - where can I buy those?)
