Default Lean Condition and loss of power, wide-band sensor

Hi,

Have a little problem. Tried pretty much everything and used a search but can't find solution.

I have a wide band sensor and according to it im runnning super lean. When cruising, it shows lowest reading, under load starts jumping through the entire band ... Sometime stays within acceptable range.

Boost gauge shows -17 vac when idling, about 20 cruising. I've also lost a good portion of boost. 10psi at best instead of 17-18 as it used to be....

I checked whole vacuum system and couldn't find any leak. No CEL either (rather then test pipe related one),

I have replaced O2 sensor just to be sure as well.

Any ideas ... ?

I am totally confused ...
