Angry check engine on... Code P0300 appears

hey i got a 1999 A4 1.8T quattro AEB engine
i noticed that my intercooler had engine oil in it when i disconnected the hose located on the bottom of the car and when i took the large hose which is connected to the manifold, that too had small amounts of engine oil. i carefully checked inside the manifold and found more traces of oil inside of it!!!
would this be the reason for why the car's check engine is on???
some of the symptoms are the engine stumbles, and hesitate, shakes like crazy when on R and D but almost normal when on P and N
also has very hard time accelerating and if i step on the gas too hard the check engine will start blinking and the car will shake even more.
scanned it but the only code which appears is P0300

Actually you need to call the dealership and see if your vin qualifies for the coilpack recall..just got mine done about a month ago for free...

On a recall it's free To the OP, don't drive the car when the CEL is blinking and the car is shaking - you're misfiring and continuing to drive can damage the engine. You're ok in neutral and park because the engine isn't loaded. Putting it in gear loads it and causes the misfiring. Check your plugs (or just replace them) - if you're stock, verify the gap is .032" and if you have a chip it should be .028".

Question

yeah all of the ignition coils look in good shape except for the one in cylinder 1
that one is definitely broken had it replaced today cept it didn't do much?
i also check this morning that my crankcase Breather Hose/Tube was not connected all the way in how it was supposed to and i had that replace about a month ago as well (found it all oily and broken just hanging) but i took a closer look today and found where the larger end does just straight down connected to the engine block a similar opening like the manifold with a silver round object which opens and closes to let air pass by im guessing.. except this one had half of the round object and it had oil inside and little pieces of debris like black sand... is that normal ill try N get some pictures up tomorrow
is there a way i can flush out all those particles like at a shop/dealer or something??
