Default Check engine light codes help!!

I drive a 98 b5 2.8 and just got the codes scanned today and here is what they are.

p1138
p1136

Now it seems my check engine light is intermittent. When its warm in the summer it wont be on for at the four months. Now as soon as it gets cold it comes back on. I have it checked several times and it seem they always tell me something different. But this was two advanced auto parts today that gave me the same codes. So can someone out there help me so I can get this damn light to turn off. Also my brake light and my air bag light is constantly on. Anyone know why????

Help??

P1138 17546 Long Term Fuel Trim Add, Bank 2 System to Lean

You are running Lean get it fixed.
just so you can narrow it down, I bet you have a faulty maf or have vacuum leaks somewhere in you system.
Air bag light you need a vagcom to diagnose which one is triggering it
