well i understand the distracting part. but on the dash there is a dimmer, but to me it isnt as bright as ive seen some cars.
I'm a more of fan of the stock red lighting over the white/00+ look. But that does look good. Good luck getting the climate ctrl and other switches. It will be very tedious if even possible in some locations. Remember though that they make it red for a reason. LED's all over the place could be very distracting and eye-tiring while driving at night, for me at least.
Yeah i agree that the white might be more distracting than red. I personally like the red, because it kinda brings the whole dash together, with everything being red (i even got an aftermarket HU based on whether or not it matched the red in the car lol). I will admit though, the one thing i don't like about the red gauges is that the redline on the tach almost disappears at night. It doesn't really matter too much because I've never actually redlined the tach, but still...
