Ok so i was wondering if the APR chip is even worth doing sense i have a automatic, does anybody know if its a difference from manual and auto in the chip working better? 2000 AUDI a4 1.8t

a chip will make a huge gain regardless of tranny. Only difference is you will have slightly less power to the wheels due to extra drivetrain loss. Deff do it, it is well worth the money

ok thanks for the comments, does anybody know if it takes any time off the 0 to 60 if so how much? APR chip, also my car has 150000 miles on it still bad idea to chip with this many miles?

yeah, i was wondering if it is a bad idea to chip an older car as well, i mean my 99.5 1.8tonly has 72,000 miles but the throught ran through my mind

It wont harm anything that isnt already failing. If your turbo is worn, it will show easier with more psi. As for the engine, do a compression test and find out if its still strong
