My previous note was part joke, part sarcasm.
Noises are almost impossible to diagnose over the net and we will need lots more information.
What makes it worse, what makes it better
Does it only occur when the engine is on?
Does it stopp when the engine is turned off?
Does the noise increase in speed or volume when the engine is going faster? Does it match car speed, or engine speed? If you push in the clutch and reve the engine, does the noise stay the same or increase in speed.

You have to do some work and give us something to work with. Otherwise no one is going to be able to help.

And letting us know the year, mods, engine, and tranny type as well as mileage wouldn't hurt either.

also i think i happens more in the colder times........ it just started.... i was looking though and it might be my fan clutch clicking..... i will check that and let you know....... but it doesn't get louder.. when it happens it is constant.... nothing i do makes it start or stop

If it only occurs when you are driving and happens when you are making a turn, it is likely your CV joint.
If it happens when the engine is running and the car is still it is probably either valves, or cam tensioner.
If it happens after your car is hot and the engine is turned off, it is likely just metal contracting.
