Default Clicking from front passenger side wheel... What could it be?

So I know that I have a bad wheel bearing and I've driven on it for a good 7 months now. It didn't make any clicking noise before until yesterday. It's not a loud nose and can only be heard when I'm driving next to a wall or a row of cars since the sound reverberates back. Also, when I brake, the noise is no longer there. Is this noise just a sign that I'm on the last leg of this wheel bearing or is it something else like a CV Joint or drive axle? My CV boots are in good condition if that matters and I had my front brake pads changed last week but don't think it's related. TIA!

BTW, my car has 96K miles.

Hmm, I replaced only the wheel bearing this weekend by myself and the clicking is no longer there. Perhaps it was the wheel bearing? I'll monitor and hope that the clicking doesn't come back.
