I remember seeing a post about this but I couldnt find it.

Basically, I hear this ticking noise in my engine bay but its not coming from the valves.
Its coming from this thing that sits right under the plastic cover that covers the intake compartment.

pretty sure its the charcoal canister that ticks... not necessarily normal, but it doesnt mean theres a problem...

 

YA its your Purge Control Valve(part of emissions) its supposed to click.
