Cluth question

It occurs when I am pushing the clutch peddle.
If it only happens when you push the pedal down then it can be either a bad throw-out bearing or the stock flywheel is nearing the end of its life.

Nice one for the suggestions, I will search around for replacement DIY write-ups, though i would think the fly wheel at least is out of my depth.

Well for either of those you have to pull the transmission. There is a write-up for testing the flywheel when its out of the car.
