Default Coilovers for lower, at AWE Tuning.

AWE Tuning brings the power, Bilstein and H&R bring the handling. The same H&R and Bilstein kits that we use on our in house cars will improve your Audi's handling, too - by keeping it planted, and reducing roll in the bends. For the next two weeks, all coilovers are 10% off at AWE Tuning. See what is available for your car, here.

As someone who wants coil overs but doesn't know where to begin, what would you suggest?

I -love- LOVE the stock ride, it's so comfortable. I drive maybe 400 miles a week, usually with a car full of people. I want coil overs because the car is just too darn high lol

The best place to begin would be narrowing down the features that you are most interested in. From specifying that you want something extremely close to the stock ride, I would suggest a coilover with adjustable dampening. In this case, that narrows your choice to the Bilstein kit.

Through adjusting the dampening of the kit to its softest setting you will be able to have a ride that is extremely similar to stock while achieving the lower ride height that you desire. Kits that do not offer dampening adjustability will ride much firmer than your stock suspension due to their compromise between track performance and ride quality for the street.

The Bilstein kit can be found right here on our website.

Hope this helps.
