And Aud1A4 just posted it too. Try calling Audi of America (AoA) with the VIN number. They may or may not give the code to you for free. It seems like it depends on who you talk to as to whether or not they'll help you out. Other than that, a dealer will charge you to do the same thing or you'll have to buy one with a code.

I called Audi of America with the vin and the AUZ # on the side of the stereo.
The guy I talked to was very cool and had no problem giving me the code.
To pull the stereo, go to walmart and buy a stereo removel tool kit for audi / ford, you will need to buy two of them because the kit only comes with two tools and you will need 4. Paid 10 dollars for two of the kits. Super Easy to pull stereo.
