Default coolant light

I have a coolant light on(at least I am pretty sure it is a coolant light Looks like a pot with over flowing liquid) anyways I just got my timing belt, cam seals and crank seals changed. I checked the coolant when I got home and it was dangerously low so I put more in. Anyways coolant light is still on. Can it be that it just needs time to reset before it will turn off?

I call that the golden shower. It looks like, well, a golden shower peeing upwards. The warning is amber.
low washer fluid

The coolant light looks like the emblem on the water temp gauge on the cluster. It's like a little sailboat looking thingy.

coolant system malfunction

now that I have filled my washer fluid the light went off but will not come out of the nozzle. I am gonna take a look at it on tuesday but I just have a quick question. Is there anyway that the line were disconnected will they were doing the timing belt. (do the lines run anywhere close to the engine?

come out which nozzles? the windshield nozzle or headlight nozzles? the lines to the windshield nozzles shouldn't even have been touched while doing TB. the headlight washers have to be disconnected while doing TB
