Cooling the airflow in my 2001 A4
I live in tucson arizona and in the summer its upwards of 105, other than a cold air intake what parts are there to help keep my engine running cool, I have the 2.8 v6 not the 1.8t

heck yess dude i live down in phoenix and we hit up to 115 anything else guys...and a friend told me to paint my my intercooler and piping black becuz it repels heat but doesnt black atrract heat???

My understanding has always been that the belly pan's main function was to aid in cooling the motor. Without the belly pan in place the air that the fan pushes just hits the front of the motor and goes under the car. With the pan in place its forced to pass over the oil pan and the bottom of the motor.

Don't use black paint. If you want to enhance heat transfer, check out Swain Technologies. They've got a variety of coatings for various purposes. Take a look into Black Body Emitter. It's a black thermal coating that enhances heat transfer and might help with charge temps.

lm0812, I could see that being the case - makes sense. My thought process was that it holds in radiant heat from the bottom of the engine while keeping the spray of road debris off it. But yeah that does make sense.
