p00456: blown flux capacitor
First id clean the contacts to the connection of the coolant temp sensor, since its intermittent (i had the same code, and my car didnt wanna start, thats all it took for me) and fix the brake light switch since it isnt intermittent. Then id clear the codes and see what comes back since the connection/short codes are also intermittent, they might not come back.
i already have a ects from a different time that i thought i needed one.. and i never installed it.. i got it from vw.. so it should be the updated version...
how do i fix the brake switch?

No idea on #1 and #3 - #2 suggests that you need to replace the Coolant Temp Sensor
Replace the sensor and clear the codes - see what comes back

When you r&r'd your ecu when you got chipped, was your battery still connected?
16502 - Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor (G62): Signal too High
P0118 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
This will trigger a CEL
18021 - MIL Control Circuit: Open or Short to Plus
P1613 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
00532 - Supply Voltage B+
39-10 - Output won't Switch or Short to Ground - Intermittent
This is probably from a time when you disconnected your battery
00526 - Brake Light Switch-F
27-00 - Implausible Signal
Wont trigger a CEL, but we already talked about this one.
