Cracked cylinders
If the ECT is bad, usually the car will run rich. This will result in rough running and poor gas mileage, especially as the car warms up. Replace it, as it's a common sensor to go bad.
However, Ghost is right. We need some more info. Where is the put-put noise coming from? Exhaust? Intake? Only at idle? Only when warm? Can you take a video with sound?

The put sound is coming from the front right of the engine(assuming you are sitting in the vehicle)..... kind of right in front the passengers side wheel
I can take a video in the morning. I've never had the CEL flash...it would just occasionally go on and off for a certain amount of time. It has been on for the last two weeks, however.
I just had an oil change with mobile one, and the exhaust sounds intact.
This was the only code to show up when I scanned it.
Like I said guys, occasionally the car has problems starting, and takes about 30 seconds of turning over to start...Sometimes I will have to regulate the rpms for about a minute to ensure it gets to a stable idle. Vehicle runs fine when driving though.
Spark plugs will be done tomorrow. Are sylvania spark plugs even worth putting in? I have a new set.

NGK BKR7E's are the plugs to get, they are cheap and run very well. the hard starting problem could very well be the coolant temp sensor. i still dont know what noise you are hearing, cracked exhaust manifold maybe?
I'll replace both...do you know anyone who sells NGK plugs? (autozone, etc.)
