Is this Craigslisting worth while?
Its all about the car's service records and maintenance receipts. You should also have it put on a lift to look for any fluid leaks of any kind. check cv joint, boots ect.
Have a person that always works on European card to give it a official, inspection.
She looks clean and beautiful but its all about how she was maintained and her condition she's currently in at the moment.

I would go look it over very well....I got mine and drove it for a little while and listened to the motor and what all needed fixing...I am glad I got it but, be careful just saying because some drive them into the ground.....if you do get it change out all fluids and spark plugs and new air filter....I did and it makes you feel good because you know you put the right stuff in....I got mine for 2K

Exactly, I would never, ever buy an even slightly modified car unless I know for a fact that the owner knew what he was doing. Everyone seems to think they're master mechanics when they can't even do their brakes without following a DIY, and this overconfidence translates into **** being cobbled and hacked together because they simply didn't know better. I'm also very, very wary of "rebuilt" motors unless I see a receipt that proves it was done at a proper shop, the majority of catastrophic motor failures in cars this age happen not long after it was rebuilt because again, some people are way too confident.
