Default Crazy misfire, no CEL

I just installed my clutch/lwfw and homebuilt downpipe. Took me 3 months because of my busy life, aggrivation, and repeated problems. Tonight I started it and took it around the block. The car had a varying idle, which it has done always, but never this much.
Around the block, I took the car after warming it for 10 min and things are beautiful. Park it, and eat for 20 min. Go outside, start it, drove it 5 miles. I was then cut off and had to gas hard to avoid an accident. That's when it started. I drove the car another 2 miles and refueled as well as adding fuel system cleaner. The next 10 miles home were painful.
The car feels like it's running out of gas, but consistent. It will not idle for more than 2 seconds and stutters just as bad while free revving as it does while driving.
Here are my thoughts on what it could be and reasons against each:

Coil packs - Would have to be a wiring issue because it is intermittent and brutal on the neck. By intermittent I mean every 10 seconds for 2 seconds, and by brutal, I mean that with my wheel turned, if it surges, I'm going off the road.

TPS - It is an '01, so fly-by-wire may have failed. However there is no check engine light on, and my reader can only find a SAI code (normal for my car) that doesn't bring the light on.

Crank/Cam Position Sensor - No codes.

MAF - No codes.

Old Gas - The car sat for 3 months with 3/4 tank with 10% ethanol. Ethanol spoils gas quickly as it attracts water, but 3/4 tank should cut down on the ability to attract moisture. After topping it off with more 92 octane and adding fuel system cleaner, the problem stuck around.

Heated fuel lines - Read about current exhaust below, but it doesn't shoot at the lines, however, the under car heat may be a bit high.

Now, here are my new mods and maybe the problems they caused:

02 sensors - New downpipe that I built has the 02 sensors closer to the turbo than stock. Also, there is a possibility that I got them backwards. As well, I only have my downpipe in; it ends under the passengers feet, but points downward.

Clutch/flywheel - Can't imagine a problem here since the problem is while free revving as well.

Torsen modification - Can't imagine a problem here

Old mods:

CAI w/ heatshield - Had for 6 months, no problems, no changes.

Chip - 6 months, no problems.

Here is my 02 sensor set-up:

Wanted to not drive the Jeep anymore, but am stuck. I don't want to keep driving it till a CEL comes on, cause the power surges are certain to kill my brand new clutch. Any advice?

maybe a pice of the paper cover on the fuel system cleaner got sucked up in your tank and is clogging the screen. This would make it surge due to the restriced fuel flow. Just a suggestion tho

Appreciate the suggestion, but it started about 5 min prior to the cleaner. Def something I wouldn't have thought about though.

Yeah its weird, that suggestion just popped into my mind. My dads always telling me when i do oil changes and things to my car when paper or plastic can get into the enigne/tank to always completely remove anything loose before i fill it...
