Default Custom Sub box

Does any company make pre-fab custom boxes for the b5? I saw there isn't a stealth box (jl) for it, just wondering if there were any?

Well that was my thinking, i'm going to call a local shop tomorrow and see how much a custom box is just to compare prices.

why wouldnt you make one yourself? just throwin it out there. prefab boxes are rarely ever correct for the sub unless it is specifically made for it. you can loose alot of db's
(and possibly ruin your system) by not having the correct volume

Well, cause I stink at fiberglass, and I really don't think I'll get that "clean" look with mdf (cause i'd like to tuck it in the corner).

ok makes sense. i thought you wanted to go all out with one big box taking up most of the trunk. fiberglass can be tricky. i would say its worth a try though. the first couple times it will come out like **** but you will get the hang of it. just get a buddy who knows more about it than you and start making stuff. if you dont want to its fine but it is a skill that comes in handy. note: if you do try it, get the fiberglass that is woven, not that stringy ****. the woven stuff will work wonders you never thought possible.
