Default Cylinder 2 missfire + Multiple/Random Cylinder

So here is the deal,

My Car is : Audi 98qmt B5

I have these two codes:

16686 : http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/16686/P0302/000770

16684 : http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/16684/P0300/000768

I tried the following,
1) I swaped the coil for #2 and #3 , I received ther same code: Cylinder 2
2) I swaped the sparkplug for #2 and #3 , I received ther same code: Cylinder 2
3) I swaped the injectors for #2 and #3 , I received ther same code: Cylinder 2

Now I don't know ... What should I check after that ??

It all started randomly yesterday while I was in traffic

Really it doesnt look like a easy job anymore

Any input would be appreciated

Thanks

I tested the ICM today...

I checked the resistances and they were all around 230ohms.

I couldnt find a test LED to make sure the frenquencies were ok ...

I say the ICM as well. I would try unpluging the injectors one at a time. the one that doesn't make a difference is the cylinder that is misfiring. check to see if that injector is firing. If it is and swapping the coils do not make any difference the ICM is bad. It is very delicate inside. the tiny wires break and do not make contact. I pushed and twisted my ICM and it mysteriously started back working. It is located on the air filter box and has 2 plugs going to it. It is held on by 2 8mm bolts. pull the plastic decorative cover off an itll be right there.
