Default D2 Coilovers

Anyone currently using these? I searched and found them mentioned a couple places but didn't see anyone who had actually used them yet. They seem to have a huge amount of adjustments. Also the full set is like 900 bucks which is nice. Thinking about picking these up for my 99.

Alright I found some reviews online for other cars and apparently they aren't too good. Seems they are one design fits all type coil overs which makes them not so great. I'd like to keep them under 1k but seems I might have to spend more if I want something good.

? right now it's on stock suspension. Just looking at options but I don't want to lose handling performance due to not spending enough. Looking to spend at most 1500. I was thinking maybe Tein Super Street with the pillowball mounts. But just wondering if there is something better out there for the same, or maybe equal for less?
