Maybe the fuse that blew was replaced with a 5A. It's not unheard of to do something like that... Check the 5A fuse and see if it is blown? I'm sticking to my guns on the fuse #5 slot being the right one, but I still haven't looked.

 

Dude I really appreciated your help but I check all the fuses and there all good ill take a pic of the fuse box and the slot #5 but your right my washers are out and my dashboard is out.
