Deer Huntin'
well this is kinda funny but my sisters friend used to be an intern at the county poice station here in town and he was the guy who went around and finished off injured bambis and dragged them off the roads. The funny part is, he got paid by a quote, which was how many deer he shot. But yes, Audis are def safe when it comes to this stuff and you can tell it too.
500lb Deer @ 60mph = dead
200lb Driver @ 60mph = MINOR injuries
3800lb B5 @ 60mph = A few scratches and bruises
And as far as your Audis show, they have held up pretty well if you think about. No frame damage, just bent fenders and bumpers. This is why insurance for our cars should not be so much because of how safe they are.
Good luck to all Bambi killers

Premier in Danbury. They used to be owned by Weeks Auto, but were recently sold to Volvo, I believe. Good guys and Jim K. knows his stuff. I used to work with some of them when I was a tech.
Sorry to hear it man. Could have been way worse though. Good luck with the part hunting. There is a vw/audi specific ebay shop that parts out cars. Very fairly priced iirc, at least more "fair" than shokan..... Probably has most of the stuff your're looking for. I dont remember the name, but if you search you should be able to find it easily.
