Incorrect, the dealer is not the only place to get the radio unlock codes....

If your dealer tries to charge you, like mine did (~$135) you can post it on JustAnswer.com
I paid $28 to an Audi tech on there (Josh Roberson) and gave him the AUZ number from the radio and the VIN, he got me the radio unlock code the same day. If you can, look him up, he's very quick to respond. HERE is his profile

 

cant they just look that **** up by the vin number? my roommates ex had that happen to her and they just typed in her vin in the computer and gave her the code
