Does my car have an EGR

Does my 98 A4 with an AEB have an egr valve.

Don't think so. They do have a air injection valve sometimes referred to as a egr valve but it is a secondary air valve on the back of the cylinder head.

Why do you ask?

You don't have one. You also don't have SAI (secondary air injection).
