So I sent him the email and I did talk to the post master to start paper work. I told him provide a tracking number or contact me within 24 hours, or the paper work is going through

the bank 9 times out of ten ae gonna tell u tough luck.. especially since u sent money as a gift... u need to call pay pal and talk to them, your bank has nothing to do with it... all they will do is file a claim with pay pal and then pay pal will explain that u sent money as a gift and no where did u specify it was for the purchase of any goods... and then whatever money the bank gave to u will be taken back

Really depends on where the money was sent from. Just because you send something thru paypal doesn't mean it doesn't come directly from your bank account as a Echeck.

Gift or not, if he can show that the person told him to pay using the gift option to pay for a product then he can fight to get his money back since the person the money was sent to did it to scam someone and that is considered fraud since he is using Paypal to scam people.

I talked to paypal and they did nothing! So, my bank is taking all the action now and they said there is no reason they won't get the money back for me!

Am I able to retrieve PM's that have been deleted?
