If you have the emails of him telling you to pay him by sending it as a gift on paypal you might be able to fight it.

I called paypal today and told them
everything and they wouldn't help one bit. I'm calling the post office early and see if they recieved it and if not I'm calling my bank.

It's gonna be tough to get anything done by your bank since somewhere in paypal's rules I'm sure the regulations and limitations are listed. However, that doesn't mean you can't get law enforcement involved, especially if you have all the communications between you in your email. Contact others who got screwed and use the weight of numbers to force your case.

Contact him once more and tell him what you're going to do. Tell him you expect to hear back within 24 hrs with a full refund (don't offer for him to ship the parts to you, just get your money back). Tell him you'll contact law enforcement if the money isn't in your account in 24 hours. Get in touch with the other victims and have them do the same. The police may not move if it's one of you but if you have several people screwed by the same guy, it's more likely that they'll move on him. Lastly, if he doesn't return it, call his bluff and follow through. Contact the police in his town and ask who to send the info to via email or fax after explaining it and ask that it be handled. The weight of numbers in this kind of case will lend more credibility - one guy, he couldve had life get in the way. Screw a bunch of people and it's intent to defraud.

No problem - I hope it helps. The reason I said to give him one more stab to do the right thing is so you can show that you made every effort. Be sure to keep updating the thread with progress as to his replies and actions.

It's considered Mail Fraud and is a serious offense if you have the proof. Let him know you have the details enough to bury him. Probably can get info from AZ admins about his IP and have it turned over. Good luck. Sh!tty people deserve every bit of hell you can rain down on them. Good luck. I hope you nail him if he's done this.
