So when I bought my car, it didn't come with an owner's manual, and I don't know how to turn off the signal telling me that I need to change the oil (it always says "service" upon startup). I've tried a bunch of combos of pushing the pins on the gauge cluster, but nothing seems to work. Can somebody help me out? And does somebody have an extra owner's manual that they want to sell/give away?

 

Depending on your year, you hold the odo reset button while turning the car on I believe, then it comes up with the words oil or serv and you pull the time ****, then press the odo button again and pull the time **** again to reset the other service interval. Otherwise you need a VAG.
