This may sound silly so please forgive me if it does but......... would it be possible to remove the turbo all together and somehow add an air filter connection and drive it for a week until a turbo could get here? Again, Im sorry if this sounds insane. Just a thought?

 

you should make the "mechanic" do all the work before you buy it

 

you can not drive it without a turbo... no you can not take it off and put a filter there


but on a side not, i got a k03s off my 01 you could have cheap
