I'd be willing to bet you could buy another a4 for close to if not less than what it will cost to fix that one. Then part out the one you have and you would save your self some money.

Here is what happened to me in 1995:

- Fly to Tampa to pick up Saleen Copy Mustang (Serious Hp, and Mods... on M&H Streetmasters, Cage, and Cobra R Hood) at about 7

- Orlando - stop to top off fuel and check fluids after putting a few miles on it just after sunset.

- Cruising by Jacksonville (I was driving) wham - hood flies up breaks window. I had about 3" that I could see out the very left, my buddy happened to grab the hood a little to hold it (the hinge on his side was intact, drivers side broken off) Well that screwed up the quick cruise up 95 to MD.

Luckily the roof was not screwed up on mine and it looks like yours is o.k. Most of the time, the hood renders the roof all screwed up and it is never right.

update: new hood and bumper on, will be rocking the two tone for a couple of weeks. Still some work to do on straightening things up on the right side.

I just noticed something, you have a quattro badge below each side marker? I thought the pre-facelift's had a black Audi badge?

yeah I have no idea. I think this car has seen some sort of front end damage in the past but don't know for sure what has been replaced.

I drove to norcal for the weekend so I could get some work done in my dad's high school auto shop. He helped me straighten the frame out and we painted today. Amazing how fast things go when working with him and all the right tools instead of floundering around in my driveway.
