Exactly! To which they reply:

Sir,

EBAY Return Policy Clearly States..

1. In original Packaging
2. Unused or installed
3. Less Shipping & Handling fees
4. Less EBAY Charges.

In this case there is clearly a Problem with the Car or in the installation.

Best wishes,

Team DP USA

Oh no... that's bogus. Don't settle for anything less than a full refund! If the auction lists the item as OEM, and they aren't, then why shouldn't you receive a full refund? Deception! If everything else fails, the auction lists a 1 year manufacturer's warranty...

gotta find a loop hole around that one, it seems thats whats keeping them from sending you the refund! Have you tried telling them they where faulty from the begining? right outta the package faulty? maybe look over your emails and see if you can find out if you mentioned it or not, and then contact paypal stating they sent you a faulty item in which they are not willing to refund your money back to you.

What I don't like is that they state on there ad "Return policy details: If not satisfied, Return within 30 days for Full refund.Less Shipping Charges." and then throw this at you, EBAY Return Policy Clearly States..

Well, I'm waiting to hear what they say to the email I sent them in post #7. Hopefully, they'll do the right thing. They have 99.7% positive feedback...I think it'll be important to them that I not leave negative feedback, which of course I must if they offer anything other than a full refund. What's more is that's NOT what eBay's return policy states...in fact, they don't have one! It's up to the seller's discretion and what this seller promises is a full refund. If I don't get some resolution from them in the next email, I'll contact eBay.

Agreed on contacting PayPal about your concerns. Reopen the winning auction page and do a CTRL-PRNTSCRN to get a printout of the page in its entirety and let both eBay and PayPal know that you can furnish a printout copy of their auction's return policy, just in case they change it on other auctions. Don't want them doing that and having eBay/PayPal check out their "current" policy rather than what they are telling you.

Sir,
The second Mount that went Bad obviously was going bad along with the first one, due to an installation issue of other Issue. We are wanting to satisfy you by sending you a New Mount.
We are an Honest Company & truely bel;ieve there is something else that made the first Mount go bad & thus the Engine started to shake & teh second one started on the deterioration process due to improper Balance.

Pls advise how you would like to proceed.

To which I replied:

If this is just an issue of terminology, that's fine,
I won't try to correct you further, but the reason for
the premature failure of your mounts had nothing to do
with installation. There is only one way to install
them and they were properly installed. It may very
well be that the second one failed earlier than it
would have had the first not failed, but that isn't
enough insurance for me when it means potentially
having to do the job a THIRD time. I'd like my money
back as per your return policy stated within the
auction so that I can purchase actual OEM mounts which
are proven to be reliable. The product was
misrepresented which wouldn't have been an issue if
they were of superior quality, but they proved
themselves not to be within just one week. Luckily, I
saved the mounts that I removed so I can swap them in
again and send yours back to you afterwards. Please
send your address where you want to receive the mounts
so that I can have my refund.

Thank you,
Sine

Jesus, what a pain to deal with them. Think I'll go directly OEM if I need them. Oh, and LOL at "sir" (even though they wouldn't know). You should've corrected them on that too, just for fun
