Just got finished installing my intake for my 1999 A4 2.8Q. The install was a breeze and the sound is amazing, Defiantly worth the whole $60 haha. So all of you that made the mistake of buying a 2.8 to mod, this is a cheep mod that sounds really good would defiantly recommend it

what did you do with the ICM that was on the stock air box?

 

i was thinking about it but i hear they bring a lot of unwanted heat to the engine. You could do the DIY Heat guard that someone did. Let me know how it holds up or if anyone says anything about the engine heat because i was advised not to do it.

 

so far so good, have had no problems. And the sound is amazing worth the whole $60 haha. As for the pics. once i figure out how to do it ill put them up.
