I used white lithium grease on mine, worked ok but i bet bearing grease would be better. the WL grease wasn't thick enough i don't think.

I tried greasing mine a bit but it's still no good. If I'm not careful with it, it will also grind a bit. Please tell me it could something other than synchro's?

This one looks identical to the one that I ordered, however I got mine for $37 shipped. It looks like they are all going for $65+ now. Still a bargain.
