Does anyone have a link to an ebay usb vag-com that will work on windows vista? I looked at the one everyone says they got after searching on here but it says it only works on windows OS up to xp.

 

All Ebay cables work with Vista OS. The problem is the cable being compatible with either Vag-com versions 409.1 or 311.1 and Vista can't install those programs. So you either need to install an internal XP OS on Vista or get an authentic cable from Ross-Tech.

 

I've been able to use an ebay cable with both 311 and 409 on vista ultimate. just get the latest ftdi drivers.

 

Mine wouldn't work on 64 bit, but 32 bit it does...
