Default Engine Misfire!! Help!!

OK.....so I have a 1999 A4 1.8t. I just recently had all of the coil-packs replaced, the icm replaced, all new spark plugs, and I cleaned the MAF sensor. I can start the car up in the mornings and it rides fine until it gets warm, at which point it starts to misfire...and it also seems that the warmer the car is, the more dramatic the misfire. Does this have anything to do with temperature, or is it just a coincidence that once my car warms up, it misfires more? Should I actually physically clean my injectors rather than just putting in Lucas fuel injector cleaner? Would this have something to do with my 02 sensor, or thermostat?

Here are the codes that I have....get ready, there are a lot

P0300 - Random/Multiple cylinder misfire detected
P0302 - Cylinder 2 misfire
P0303 - Cylinder 3 misfire
P0304 - Cylinder 4 misfire
P1300 - Misfire detected, fuel level too low
P1545 - Throttle position control malfunction

I will take any and all suggestions!!

Ok, well I got a coolant temp sensor and I need to put it in and see if that fixes it. If not I am going going to look for vacuum leaks and see if I get any around the turbo, I hear that's a big problem

It is probably new spark plugs...I recently replaced them, but now that I am remembering I got the cheap-o autolite ones, which was a mistake to begin with. I'm going back today to get replace them with BOSCH. Hopefully that will fix it. I seriously don't think it would be the coilpacks seeing as I replaced them less than a week ago.

Or go to autozone get NGK BKR6E's, it's like $8.50 for 4 of them, gap them to 0.32 and you are good to go.

OK. Got the plugs, put them in and it ran worse. Checked that the gap was at .32 and re-installed. Still ran awful. Could it possibly be a vacuum leak? If so where would I check?
