Unhappy Engine sputter at full throttle 2001 A4

Whats up guys, lookin for a little help here as I am at a complete loss of words. I've been 6 weeks out with my a4, 1.8t, and this is getting to be ridiculous

First things first, i hit a deer while driving, got the car fixed 4 weeks later, and then got it back to find that when i push the pedal to the floor in any gear(Neutral through 5th, yes tis a manual) the engine gives me a heavy sputter before anything, and then will rev to 6k somewhat easily. This problem happens in any gear, as long as i push fully on the gas. The car is driveable, but i can not give it gas without feeling like the damn thing is going to fall apart. Any help apprec'd.
heres what I've done so far : Changed the plugs, swapped ignition coils, changed the Mass air meter, and none of these worked.
One Thing i did notice was the connector for the Mass air meter is slightly damaged, Im guessing from hitting Bambi. Would that be the reason for this resistance? Thanks

Yeah its always steady though b/c the cat sensor is still in the downpipe. it read random misfire on 3 and 4 also, after i ran it around the block. Changed the coils and plugs, nothing still

Where on the front end of the car was the damage? Maybe the intercooler is messed up but you just cant see it behind the bumper.

Intercooler is definitely okay, as i replaced the bumper after hitting the deer, and IC piping was my first concern for my insurance guys, ha =). Cant get a pic until thursday, is there anything inparticular that you would think is a giveaway. Can i test each female port for the correct voltage, any suggestions?

Could this be a vacum leak?

found that the o-ring is missing off the compressor housing of the turbo, and the 90 degree aluminum coupler that fits onto it is sliding on and off. air moving into the turbo passed the air flow meter just seems to me as if it would be quite a problem. parts are ordered, and ill update when they are on tomorrow

Great find. Sometimes you just gotta get dirty and dig in to find the problem.
