Engine won't turn/start.

Hi, i'm just making an enquirement - currently fixing my Audi A4 1997-1800cc. Just wanted to know if anyone can tell me why everytime I turn the ignition on, the dashboard lights flash but the car doesn't turn/start

.

what are u fixing on it? youre going to have to give more info than just it doesnt turn or start.

with that much information it could literally be anything.

Did you check the battery? Maybe you flooded the pistons trying to start it. Try dry starting it for a few min.

Oh, sorry guys... um all I know is that the engine doesn't turn. Any other suggestions?
