Question Ethernet Port inside arm rest in my 2001 A4 AWM

Does anyone else have this in their arm rest? if so,do you know whats it doing there? and what purpose it serves?

I don't know if you guys know about it but check yours to see if you have one located in your arm rest, its near the joint in the inside of the arm rest.

It's a phone jack for your Audi satellite phone. There's a USB conversion mod that seems to be popular among those who want use out of it

yeah,i used Ethernet, opposed to phone jack, since the jack is bigger than a normal phone jack, looks more like a Ethernet port
