Everytime i turn the AC on the car shuts off!!
Sounds like the compressor is seized or something.
As a temporary fix, you could remove the belt from the ac compressor, until you can get it replaced sometime. I'd try to remove the belt, and see if that fixes it temporarily.
There is a bolt you can undo to slide on of the pulleys around to loosen the belt enough to remove it. Should be able to do it without removing the bumper, its an allen wrench type bolt, 6 or 8mm I think. If you need more info, let me know.
