Exhaust Gas Leaking?

i found out my car was leaking gas around the turbo, not sure where, and the car have no power at high RPM. some when can even ride up to 5000. what is the problem?
I just started to learn my a4,

yeah, in cool weather, i can see the smoke coming out, and it smell like the exhaust gas
