Default Turbo leaking oil and white smoke out of exhaust

Hi there, i am completely new to this forum and to Audis. Been a fan of audis for a while and bought a used 1999 A4 quattro 1.8L turbo. Bought it used with 221,00 miles with a blown turbo. That is what i was told. Turbo outlet hose had A lot of oil in it leading into the inner cooler and intake hose, car starts right up but, Exhaust has a lot of white smoke coming out at all times. I noticed that the coolant slowly goes down when i filled it. No milky residue on the oil cap or dip stick. Anyone with info or ideas of what could be the cause of this please, appreciate the help.

thanks for the reply. I will be putting in the new turbo and hoses tomorrow morn. see what happens. any thing i should be cautious about? could a clogged oil pick up line, cause oil to back up and over fill the turbo seals?
Plugged exhaust? dont want to ruin the turbo. Dont want to drop the oil pan if i dont have to? anyway to check oil pick up line without removing the pan?
