exhaust leak
It would screw up your o2 sensors and make them think its running lean and add more fuel. The added fuel will make it run like pooh. If you dont fix it fast enough, you can lose a o2 sensor also
It could be something as simple as a blown gasket. If you wait and let the car cool (so you can touch the exhaust), you can then start the car and take your hand and feel around for the leak. That is if you dont have a visual of the leak
The only differnce is one has the clip installed and charged like $40 more it. As long as its a compatable o2, you can cut and splice the new o2 on the old clip. Takes me all of 5min to solder 4 wires and that includes the time for the iron to get hot.
