So, I really want to replace my tape deck and was wondering if taking the tape deck out while in safe mode would cause any adverse affects to any other electronics in the car? Also just wondering were American cd deck adapters are available?

I have the Audi delta tape deck from a 96 A4

 

you want to remove the radio? then do it.

there are adapters out there if you want to install an aftermarket radio. just go to best buy or some car audio store, they will have them.

 

Yeah ill just be removing the whole stereo.
I actually just went to best buy and they had the adapters, kinda expensive but it needs to be done.

 

Yeah its the best way though. I suggest you keep your stock ****, radio, lights, etc. And if you end up selling the car, put all the stock stuff back in it and sell the aftermarket stuff on ebay. Def way more cost effective lol
