Default Factory Alarm woes

I got my car at the auction less than two months ago I think. It used to be that when I got out and held the key to the right, it would lock all the doors and turn the alarm on. A few weeks in, it stopped doing this. I figured, eh, oh well, I gotta hit the door lock button now and no car alarm. Then Murphy stepped in and bent me over. I went to lock the car and the horn honked, letting me know the alarm was active. I came back out an hour later to go get gas, and the alarm started going off. My key would not stop it, not in either door or the ignition. My car has sat for the better part of a week because of the starter kill feature. I've called everywhere, trying to get help and every dealer or tech has said "we dont work on Audi's" or "sorry, you'll have to tow it in". I found a local guy that says he has the computer for hooking up to my car, and says he can permanently deactivate it. Is there no other way to bypass it? I have the ignition key, the car should work!

Well it sounds like your remote is screwed up since you tilt it to lock it right? I would disconnect the battery overnight while taking the batteries out of the remote (and leave the batteries out of the remote since it sounds effed up). Turning the key in the door should disarm it. When you press the door lock button in the car it doesnt lock your driver door btw.
