Default Fart cannon

Does anyone have a muffler like this on their b5? I have it and never used it since I was going to put it on my old civic si but then I got this car. I can't find anyone who wants to buy it. I'm not so sure it would look or sound very good on an Audi, but what do you think?

i would just look up some videos on youtube of how it sounds on a similar size engine to yours. it doesnt look that bad in my opinion, but i sill prefer a dual tip exhaust

i'd say no go on the fart can, unless your going full highperformance system, and not just a muffler as far as the fart can goes. i thing audi's were made to have dual tips!

Please don't let this thread turn into a dual tip vs. single tip argument. I think I'm just going to stay stock for now. Hopefully I can find someone local who wants it.

I'd be worried about it being too loud and droning a lot

As for the first reply, looking up videos online is a good idea but just finding cars with engines around 1.8L isn't gonna do it. You need to find specific Audi videos. The 1.8T has different breathing characteristics (it's turbo, and it doesn't share a pipe-bend design or resonator design with other cars) so it'll sound different. Most cars with small engines sound blatty and flatulent with perf core mufflers but the 1.8T just sounds deep and mean.

That being said, that exhaust doesn't belong on an Audi.
