Fault Code: P1101 & P1106 - PICs and Video, Car & Dash Go Dead
Check the connections to the starter, as well as the battery and battery cables themselves. Look for corrosion or melting.
You could also grab a wiring diagram and do a resistance test on the Alternator control wire from the ECM. You should only see a couple of Ohms.

I removed the lower dash pad to begin my search for any missing or faulty connections.
Looking at the relay box panel, I noticed that there was a connection missing the bolt to hold the wires together to that junction.
Found a bolt, tightened it, turned the car over, and now it's back to life.
So thankful that was cause. Drove it for an hour last night in different types of traffic styles and drove through rush-hour traffic this morning - car runs fine.
