I was just wondering were everyone likes to shop? Im trying to get alot of parts for my car from OEM to aftermarket. I know ebay offers alot but sometimes you just get crap from it. Im trying to getsome of it can be used but for instance, i need bumper, fender, arm rest, and after market stuff like rims tires, coilovers or shocks and springs...

Is there a good site that alot of people recommend?

 

I'd check out the classifieds here on the site, shokan (for OEM stuff), and then if you look at our site sponsors they are usually good places to shop for parts.

 

www.ecstuning.com has both oem and aftermarket, i use the 98% of the time, shipping could be quicker though

ECS tuning is awesome, I also really like AWEtuning.com alot, they have really quick shipping and excellent customer service.

 

I like ECS well enough, but their shipping is lame. They use like 10 day shipping which we couldn't personally opt for when shipping with UPS even if we wanted to (5 day is the slowest)! Given that, their S&H costs are pretty high. I don't know about their fees or times in transit, but PureMS has better prices on most replacement parts.

european junkyards in your area will be great for finding stuff like the new armrest.

 

It must depend on where you are. I'm in the NE US, and so are they - I have gotten both orders I've placed two days after I ordered. One was a big shipment (~$600) and one was less than $30. In both cases I ordered Monday, and packages were on my doorstep on Wednesday. They've shipped faster than anyone else in my experience. PureMS took five days, which is still reasonable since they're across the country from me, and both companies had very fair shipping costs.

 

Ebay is a good soure for parts as long as you know what you are looking for, and are specific with your search. Here are a few more places to add to the list:
